Brief
Here we conduct either a face-to-face meeting or scheduled telephone call with your organisation to understand the details of the job position, company culture and the required background of your candidate.
Research
A confidential job add is placed to attract candidates to apply for the role. We also look at similar candidates working in this industry and at this level. From here KSRP sifts through the application and create a long list of candidates to speak to.
Shortlisting
We compile a list of suitable candidates. The process includes interviewing thoroughly against the job spec and matching the candidate for cultural fit.
Present
We present you with our shortlisted candidates for interview and will organize the entire process for you. We include a reference and credit checks at 1 st stage interview. This will allow you to have a previous employers perspective on these candidates.
Placement
Once you have completed your interviews and have chosen your new team member, we make sure that the process is a seamless one. From counselling on resignation and dealing with counter offers, we will keep close contact with the candidate while they navigate there 1 st few months.
